I don't see the weapons I want?
It's ok, just type them in the note box at checkout. Will check our archives to see if we have your weapons you typed in the note box or create them for you:)
I want a different size decal?
Just email us what custom size you would like at: orders@MyLoudFamily.com
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards or paypal. If you would like to pay via cash, check, or money order, email us: firstname.lastname@example.org for info on other payment methods.
How do I install the decal?
Where can I stick my decals?
You can stick them anywhere you like but for best results stick the decals on any smooth area.
Why do you have (.com) on the Gun Family decals?
The only decal that has our name is the gun family decal. The signature Gun Family decal was created that way. You are more then welcome to do remove it. But why go through the trouble removing it...It looks great:)
Do you ship to APO / FPO addresses?
Yes, we ship to APO and FPO addresses.
Do you ship internationally?
I received wrong item what do I do or I received a defective item what do I do?
If you received the wrong item or a defective item. Please contact us at orders@MyLoudFamily.com with your order number and specifics so we can make it right for you:)
I have a great idea for a decals/shirts!
If you have a good shirt/decal idea, send it to ideas@MyLoudFamily.com, if we create it we will send you a free t-shirt & decal of it.
The more ideas you send in, the better chance that one of yours will be selected. Feel free to include multiple ideas in one email.
How can I make a change to my order?
If you made a mistake on your order or would just like to change something, please email us at orders@MyLoudFamily.com and let us know. If your order has not been shipped out yet, we should be able to make the change for you. Please include the order number (if you have it), the name the order was placed under, the email address used for the order, and what you would like to change.
Why didn't I receive a confirmation email?
Some email providers mark our confirmation emails as spam or block them completely. You can check your spam folder to see if the email arrived there. If you are not able to find it there you can email orders@MyLoudFamily.com and we can confirm that the order was placed.
Do you wholesale?
Yes we do wholesale, retailers interested in wholesale information should contact us at business@MyLoudFamily.com. Please include your contact information and what store you are purchasing for.
